Bill Rudman
Soft Skills for the Workforce | William “Bill” Rudman, PhD, RHIA
William “Bill” Rudman, PhD, RHIA currently serves as the Executive Director of the Interprofessional Healthcare Workforce Institute Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Before moving to Rosalind Franklin Dr. Rudman, served as the Executive Director of the AHIMA Foundation and Vice President of Education Visioning for the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Rudman worked for over 20 years in Academia as a Professor in health information management.
Rudman also served as the director of the HIT core for the Delta Regional Institute and oversaw implementation of an electronic record exchange in rural Mississippi; and was the PI on the HISPC grant for education and training for the implementation on electronic medical records for the state of Tennessee. Rudman has published over 80 scholarly articles, made 170 scholarly presentations, and has worked on and received over $80 million in federally funded grants.
Donna Barnholdt
Certified Life Coach
Donna Burnholt serves at Salt & Light as a Certified Life Coach. She has served other women for more than thirty years as a leader in Women’s Ministry, the active wife of a CEO, short-term mission trips across the globe, and as an advocate & coach to women recovering from abuse and dealing with addiction.
Donna’s greatest joy is to see women connect with God, seek and abide in His will, and dive into the full potential for which they are created. Donna sees the potential in people and enjoys coaching women to achieve their goals. Donna’s vast life experiences have taught her that we experience seasons in our life, and we must embrace our circumstances and explore, renew, and pursue our purpose in every season and circumstance. She is married to Brandon and has 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren that are her source of joy.

Tali Kogan
Stylist
Tali Kogan is the founder of Tel Aviv Couture. As a personal stylist, blogger and event producer, she combines her expertise in fashion and lifestyle with her unwavering love for Israel in every Tel Aviv Couture project.
Founded in 2007, Tel Aviv Couture is a growing platform that gives a stage to up and coming international artists. Showcasing Tali’s collaborations with brands from around the world as an ambassador, merchandising looks, and helping designers break into the American market. Tali’s keen eye for fashion was cultivated by the heavy couture influence of her Russian and Ukrainian roots. When she later moved to Tel Aviv, she gained professional styling experience. This came from working in the local fashion industry, on the heels of her 3 year leadership, as a ranking officer in the elite Israeli Defence Force.
Dawn Bliss
Makeup
Dawn Bliss is a Chicago-based makeup artist with 25+ years experience in the Beauty & Fashion Industries. After earning a B.S. from Illinois State University in 1994 with a Major in Fashion Merchandising and a Minor in Business Administration, she worked in sales and merchandising for luxury retailers Neiman Marcus and Saks 5th Avenue. A chance appearance in a fashion show where Mario Tricoci Salon & Day Spas was providing hair and makeup inspired Dawn to crossover from fashion to beauty in 1998. Thus began her career as a Professional Makeup Artist.
Over the next 18 years she spent with Mario Tricoci as Department Manager, Makeup Artist, Advanced Skincare Expert and Lash Extension Stylist, Dawn mastered the art of custom blending makeup, helped to create and market their biannual makeup collections, served on the Editorial Team responsible for print and runway campaigns associated with the annual Mario Make Me A Model competition, did makeup for live televised makeovers, and styled fashion shows. Simultaneously, Dawn honed her makeup skills for production during a 2 year stint at ABC’s Windy City Live while launching her freelance business Edit Faces.
In 2016, Dawn went on her own as a full-time Freelance Makeup Artist and created Dawn Bliss Beauty, to provide on-site makeup services, specializing in masterful transformations with a glamorous twist. Today Dawn Bliss operates a bourgeoning luxury bridal business, prepares clients and models for special occasions and photo shoots, instructs private and group makeup lessons, and still dabbles in production. Her work has taken her to LA, NY, Dallas, Miami, and Mexico. She is honored to apply her expertise to help women achieve peak confidence and feel their most beautiful when they need it the most.
